The invoice amd pictures were mailed to the project manager but he never acknowledged or refuneded the money. We also had an issue with a utility marking employee leaving the yard gate open and a horrible ordeal with our dog. James felt bad and offered a meal gift card. I initially refused. After several offers, I accept on behalf of my children. The gift card ws never received. I know that was not their issue, but the offers of gift cards and refunds and then not providing are more hurtful than the initial mistakes, very disappointed."
