The install took them a long time as our house is weird and has many corners so they ended up working a 14 hour day- but no one complained, and even still cleaned up ( in the dark). Would recommend a 100%."

This year, I called four times and used their web site over a six week period to try to schedule a service appointment for the air conditioners. Although I was always told their scheduler would get back to me they never did. A big waste of my time and past money trying to establish a service relationship I could count on. I gave them a "D": rather than an "F" as their call service at least answered all though that was it."
