Last year, during the deep freeze, we heard water gushing into the crawl space. Luis immediately went into the crawl space and was able to diagnose that the leak was not in the crawl space but inside of the wall. He then took apart the laundry room vanity sink carefully, cutting a section out of the wall and replacing a section of the pipe. After repairing the pipe he very neatly reinstalled the laundry room vanity as if it was never removed. Luis works with minimal guidance and communicates well, even though he doesn’t speak much English. While I speak Spanish, this was no issue; my neighbor Dan has worked even more extensively with Luis using only Google Translate, and they have had little trouble tackling projects together.
