"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I spent $14k having Front Range complete a sewer line fix on my house. Four months later the line was backing up again and Front Range was unwilling to warranty any of their work! Apparently they lost all camera footage on the sewer line scope and were not willing to share any notes on the job. I made several attempts to speak with the owner Quinn, but he ignored emails, voicemails and texts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"

"Richard Garcia, owner of Rocosas Tree and Concrete service, was chosen by my wife and I, hired to complete removal of large Elm tree and prune/thin our Ash tree. This work was started early Friday morning 3/7/2023 and completed near 6:PM that same day. Richard Garcia, with a crew of 3 additional men, performed our every request safely and much better than we expected. They even cleaned up better than we expected plus Richard repaired our fence just because he saw it needed 3-4 cedar fence boards replaced and replacement boards were nearby. Richard & crew also cleaned all gutters on our home. I m in a wheelchair and it was easy to see that Richard intended to leave our outside chores completed for us. "Pablo did an excellent job of reattaching my fence after our HOA detached it from the wing wall of my unit (due to wing wall repair). Looking at the finished product, I can see his attention to detail is impeccable. The fence is straight and looks great, even though it is an old fence. He replaced the latch and the door hinge and repositioned the stone slab in front of the door path so the door could swing freely. And he cleaned after himself. The place is left exactly as before. I am very satisfied with his work. His price is very reasonable with a great result. He works fast, and he is responsive in answering my text. He is also easy to work with. Total time: it took him around 4 hrs to finish the work, with a lot of digging for the four posts. I recommended him to my next-door neighbor, who needs to do the same work I did.
