Beeline Pest Control

I would choose zero stars if you had that option. I have had a property management business since 2004. We have used Beeline for 10+ years. As of the last 6 months or so, their service has gone way downhill. On one occasion I was invoiced for one of my rentals and my tenant informed me that the technician never showed up to do any of the work. Then about a month ago, we had Beeline treat our residence and the technician walked around our home and didn’t spray anything at all. The reason we can confirm this is because we have cameras in our home which showed him just taking a walk around our home and doing absolutely nothing. The last an antic was that they used my card without my consent or permission. I have always called in to pay the invoice. I want to be able to call my tenants to confirm that they actually have shown up and done the work considering what they have done in the past. Apparently the last time I gave them my card for payment, they stored my card information even after I had advised them that I did not want it stored for future use. The receptionist who answers the phone is quite rude and disrespectful. I called on Friday to let her know that this happened and she reluctantly claimed she would reverse the charge. As of four days later, the charge is still there. Do not do business with them unless this is the way you want to be treated and taken advantage of.

Very impressed with my first Beeline Pest Control visit. The man that came out was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We signed up for the quarterly visits.

The technician listened to the problem, put any bait down in the two places I saw ants, sprayed just in the front and on one corner of the house and then was done. The entire encounter was 10 minutes for $125. He never went into the back to spray the back of the house or the other side. He didn’t look around or put bait in the kitchen. I will not use beeline again. Lots of choices in pest control. I don’t have time to call them again and again to have them come back. Time is money.

We had one stubborn mouse refusing to be caught. It went great. The mouse died and we’re not having trouble with anymore mice in the house or the garage.

We really were impressed with Jalin, Jaylan, Jaylan (sp). He explained and helped the two of us women. I would really like to have Jay back for our next treatment. Plz

Wasn't happy with first service still having issues with yellowjackets . Called beeline to let them know they sent out a tech Eric Pantuso he did awesome job did everything that was asked of him very nice and professional. I would highly recommend him if need service

Beeline Pest responded promptly to our inquirey. Fair & reasonable price. Guaranteed satisfaction or they would come back out. A second visit was required but they did that willingly and quickly. They were professional, courtious and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future if it becomes necessary.

I receive quarterly treatments from Beeline and love EVERYTHING about them. My quarterly that came during the hardest part of Covid19 was an exterior only and about 6 weeks later we started seeing spiders in the house. I called and explained and no questions asked or extra payment required, they came out the next day and re-sprayed everything inside and out! They really cared about me and we’re so kind when they came. I love them even more now.

Had a great experience today with Ethan from Beeline. I had a routine indoor and outdoor treatment and it was very easy, fast, and pet safe! He even saw a wasp nest I had not noticed and made sure to treat it. They gave me a 2 hour appointment window and Ethan was there right at the beginning and done super fast. Would recommend.
