"The work was completed in a timely manor and overall looks good, during the project Gabe tried to change the scope many times, but ultimately did stick to our quote. Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."

From start to finish, his professionalism, expertise, an attention to details exceeded all of our expectations. The water feature has become the centerpiece of our backyard. His knowledge of proper drainage, pump systems and stone placement is extensive. The deck work is phenomenal. We now have a beautiful deck that everyone enjoys. The compliments on our deck and yard are overwhelming! Ricky had excellent communication with us throughout the entire project. "We had grass removed, paver walkways installed and rocks were expanded (about $15,000 in total). Overall, the work performed was done very well. The paver prep and installation was excellent. They had to cut pavers around two curved concrete areas. The paver cuts for this were outstanding. The rock they initially installed, did not match our existing rock. They indicted the existing rock would be matched the best they could, but it really looked bad and had small gravel pieces within it all over. Our existing rock was from 3/4 inch to 1 1/2 inch in diameter. After contacting the owner about this issue, she made a special trip to look it over and agreed it did not match. The owner fixed the issue by removing the rock that was installed and bringing in rock that was all 1 1/2 inch thick and a better color match. We really appreciated that the owner was willing to fix this for us at no additional charge. We have worked with some businesses that are not willing to correct their mistakes. This company did and went above and beyond to fix it. We highly recommend Rocky Mountain Snow Removal and Landscape."

"No work was done today yet they want to charge me $92. The appointment was set up over 20 days ago. Never have I had a company not send a reminder. When I ask, the lady tells me they have over 200 or 2000 customers so cannot do reminders and that I did not ask for a reminder. The units are Airbnbs, I try to be courteous to my guests by announcing when I am coming to the property. Additionally, with blow out, the water will need to be shut-off temporarily, I cannot just do that last minute without notice. Furthermore, the initial appointment was for 3pm – 5pm but the guy shows up just after 12noon and now you want to charge me? And for what exactly as no work has been done. Reminders are easy to set up as a business. Even an outlook or google calendar will set up reminders. I will NOT be using this company and would rather find another company that will not be this disorganized and then act like asking for a reminder is a “special request.”"

"Fernando and his team did a fantastic job landscaping my small backyard patio. I had a small project, about a 10ft x 14ft patio that had dead grass and overgrown weeds. Fernando was able to come up the day after I contacted him and gave me an accurate quote that night. He was back with him team a week later and completed the job in an afternoon. Him and his team were very professional, worked hard, and did a great job. I would recommend him for any project you have!"
