Jason then spent the next hour helping us locate the source of the noise - turned it it was coming from the dishwasher, which was already off...very strange. In any case, we are able to sleep tonight, and after all the time Jason put into this, he DID NOT CHARGE US ANYTHING!!!! We have used Quynnlectric before, and they have always done a great job - and we will use them any time we need electrical work done!!!!"

He wasn’t sure why water was appearing on the floor, but felt it may be due to some clogging of a PVC drain tube. He said it was not possible to simply clean it out, but it should be replaced at a cost of another $250 (for a pipe?). We declined. We subsequently had another repairman come in who said there is no problem cleaning the tube and did so. The material clogging the pipe is shown in the photo."
