Quynnlectric, Inc. is "Your Electrical Service Specialist". We are a locally owned and family operated company with over 16 years of electrical expertise. We specialize in all service issues as well as electrical retrofit and new construction. We are fully insured and licensed with the state of Colorado as a Master Electrician (Lic#30200) and a Colorado Electrical Contractor (Lic# 7948). We are a small company with great customer service. We pride ourselves on being the most customer service oriented company in the Denver metro area. We offer 10% discount off labor to any Angie's List customer. We know times are changing and we are changing with them. We are on the cutting edge of new technology with constant training on energy efficiency. I bought a coupon due to being concerned about my home's electrical wiring as the house is 60 some years old. The Quynnlectric company contacted me to schedule a whole house inspection. A representative, Travis, arrived on time with all necessary tools. He went through the house, including the crawl space, attic and root cellar, testing and checking outlets and wiring. I was expecting that the whole house would need rewired. Fortunately, that wasn't the case. Travis gave me a copy of the inspection and discussed what he had found, making suggestions about problem areas. We came to an agreement of the necessary work and I was contacted to set up the date.
On the day and time scheduled, Travis and Art arrived. The two workmen split up, working on the installations throughout the house, root cellar and back patio. The two were quick and professional, cleaning up the area as they went along. At the completion of the work I asked about a couple other items I needed done and Travis gave me a reasonable quote. I was, again, contacted and scheduled the work to be done.
Travis and Art returned at a scheduled date and installed the ceiling fan in a bedroom and a GFI plug outside on the front wall of my house. They cleaned up and left the area looking good.
I was very satisfied with the work. Travis and Art were professional and I felt confident in their work. Throughout the job they made sure that I understood what was being done and how to work the equipment being installed. They were friendly and helpful, even helping to move a mattress and box springs for me. They both showed great work ethic which is something to be valued in these days!
Install a ceiling light in pantry (there was already a power outlet in the attic 2ft above it.
Move a light switch in garage to a more convenient position (no new wires, nor extensions, just shifting it 6 inches (and slightly higher to keep the cord length the same).
Had a mysterious 3rd light switch that we thought used to control a power socket in the living room, but didn't now (previous owners had made it a normal power socket). Wiring was still behind the power socket so he could revert it (and now we have a lamp plugged in)
And a different power socket in the living room needed replacing (as plugs just fell out of it under gravity).
All minor, and half of them I could have done myself easily, but nice to have someone do it properly.
He showed up on time, and I hoped in the hour to get the ceiling light and light switched power socket done - others if there was any time left... but all 4 got done.
Happy with the results, and surprisingly happy with the ability to turn on a light in the living room with a switch.
