"In hindsight, I believe we were charged anywhere from five to $8000 more than what we should’ve paid. We had a walk-in bathtub installed and while I like the bathtub, the overall cost was excessive. We prepped the bathroom and removed the old bathtub so they did not have to contend with any remodeling or removal of old construction. The plumbing itself did not have to be moved so the only thing they had to do was deliver and install the tub. I would recommend for anybody using this company to not succumb like I did to the pressure buy. If they’re going to install it, they should be able to give you a quote that they standby as you compare prices with other installation companies. After the installation was completed, we did all the backsplash tiling ourselves as well as decorative tiling around the base of the tub."

"My water heater had gone out and called and called around trying to get quotes and big company’s were trying to schedule in person quotes which I know is a strong arm to get the work done then and there because they are already at your house ect. But with Behold I had a personal direct text from them asking about my situation and all I had to do was give some info send in pictures and voilà! "The service reps must be based on commission. I was told I had a leak in my coil without any proof and said that I either needed to replace my coil or replace the whole unit. The unit is only 5 years old. In addition, I was told that the rust in the tray of my AC unit meant I had a leak in the coil. The representative could not clearly explain what was wrong or prove what the issue was. Just a poor explanation and scare tactic warning me my AC unit would leak into my furnace. I decided to receive a second opinion. It is a good thing I did because not only would a perfectly good coil and AC unit be wasted, I would have way overpaid for a problem that wouldn't actually have been solved. The coils were vacuumed upon the work that was done and therefore it would be impossible to reach a pressure level with the vacuum process. I DON'T have a leak in my COIL. DO NOT USE Tipping Hat. I'm not sure if all their service techs are like this but if you incent for services through compensation it makes sense they will try to pull out all stops to get you to pay large sums of money to correct undiagnosed or incorrectly diagnosed problems.
