We got Jay in for a fairly simple plumbing job in the new bathroom, then we decided we wanted to get some new toilets, Jay said yes of course and it was done I also asked for new gas line no problem he said fixed. "I got a call from Kyle around 4:55 pm. He said he was able to come out around 7 pm, keep in mind, Hyper Flow closes at 5 pm. Kyle came out of his way after hours, ran a camera through my sewer line, snaked out the line, and then showed me on the camera the second time that the line was clearish. My main sewage line has been building up for a few years. Kyle gave me 3 different estimates for futures maintenance. I have already made an appointment for Kyle to come back out and do some more work. He is very up front, honest, and caring. He isn't just trying to get paid, Kyle is aware that life happens and works with customers to do what works best financially for the customer at the time of the job.
