"I called United Prime Van Lines only 1 week before my move - they were extremely helpful and accommodating. On the day of the move we hit a snag, as there was someone else moving on my floor at the same time and we only had 1 elevator. "Moved about 2 months ago. First off service was outstanding!! I called my moving consultant all the time to change dates and other details and she was so helpful, never disrespectful or evasive.
