Michael was great to work with. He had the proper equipment to get my site prep done right. He coordinated with the county inspectors and was always on site in a timely fashion. I recommend Dotts Constuction and I will use them again on upcoming future phases of my project.

Michael showed up when he said he would. He and his one-man-crew worked hard and fast all day long. He did extra work that was not required by our original agreement but that greatly improved the appearance of our property.

If you want to hire a professional then you should look somewhere else! Final work still has not been completed. We had to go back in and do the finish clean up work ourselves.. They had rental equipment that did not even work properly. Being experienced at felling trees the safety, or rather lack of, was unbelievable!

"After successfully completing the job, I was made aware of these complaints. In order to resolve this, I went out two more times to clean up the area to the customer specifications. Unfortunately, he was never on the site when I scheduled times to be there to point out the specific areas of concern. The customer was extremely difficult to get a hold of which made proper communication difficult. Then he was not available for the final walk-through. He had a camp host present who verified that all the work was to the campgrounds satisfaction and was pleased with the complete project and the cleanup. I stand by my work and will always make sure a job is complete. I will work with my customers to resolve any issue."

Very thorough, but expensive. Has large machines to cut and chip trees. Hauled off trash that was on property before I bought the property.
