So I want to correct the record and let you know that trust tile and their owner operator. Chris has been very accommodating. Will be completing an estimate today to give me a very competitive bid against other installations for backsplash. So I want to delete and correct the record regarding Chris and his company. They are 100% customer service oriented and I believe experts in the industry so I give them my highest rating and would like to retract everything in the commentary that I previously provided since. "The final product was done well and was reasonably priced. However, the time taken to complete the job was not. He told us it would take a day and a half. It was every bit of 3 days. Which greatly hindered the projects we were trying to complete after he was done, before we put our house up for sale. He would leave for hours at a time in the middle of the day. Asked him to do 3 door trims off our deck, he only did 2, but was paid early in the day he did the door trims so we couldnâ t correct it before he was gone. We were worried if we called him back it would be another day delay on deck work we needed to get done. We also asked that he do the trim of the actual deck but he never even touched that paint can. Again didnâ t want to call him back in fear it would take another day and we were running out of time."

"There h was in time and did a great job installing luxury vinyl tiles in two baths and the laundry room. Looks great except there is a gap between the floor and molding. Not sure how to fix that in case we have a water issue all over the floor reaching the edges."
