"Very pleased. Footprints Floors installed two mosaic tile bathroom floors for us (in one they also installed underfloor heating -- kids + cats love it!) and the new floors are fabulous. Travis was our manager and Junior our installer, both were delightful, friendly, great with kids + pets, and super quick to answer my questions. Actually, everyone with whom I dealt at FF were friendly, responsive, helpful. I spoke with many installers and Footprints was by far the most prompt and most professional. "The final product was done well and was reasonably priced. However, the time taken to complete the job was not. He told us it would take a day and a half. It was every bit of 3 days. Which greatly hindered the projects we were trying to complete after he was done, before we put our house up for sale. He would leave for hours at a time in the middle of the day. Asked him to do 3 door trims off our deck, he only did 2, but was paid early in the day he did the door trims so we couldnâ t correct it before he was gone. We were worried if we called him back it would be another day delay on deck work we needed to get done. We also asked that he do the trim of the actual deck but he never even touched that paint can. Again didnâ t want to call him back in fear it would take another day and we were running out of time."

"The tile we had installed was done poorly. The boxes said it was not directional tile, but ANYBODY could see that it was after laying it. Especially a so-called professional. So, the "pattern" is all messed up. The carpet was ok, but the installers stayed WAY TOO LATE. They didn't finish until after 9 p.m. They should have come back to finish the next day."
