"Josh is very responsive and helpful. He helped us solve a problem and have advice for the future but also did not try to up sell us and let us know what was not needed. He replaced our pool pump and gave us options and pros & cons for each. We had a leak a week later and he came right out and fixed it (a pipe just needed to be tightened). I feel comfortable going to him with future concerns."

Consultation with the local government helps identify necessary permits, avoid project delays or legal issues, and protect project integrity.

Framing is often the most expensive phase of building a house because it’s time-consuming and requires a lot of materials. It costs between $20,000 and $50,000 on average, depending on materials and labor costs. Before construction begins, it’s possible that purchasing land is the priciest step in the process. Some plots of land sell for $3,000, while others cost upwards of $150,000.

New constructions, renovations, and interior layouts benefit from expert drafting.

Soil testers and licensed excavators are often the professionals you hire if you need a perc test. In some cases, structural engineers will also be able to conduct the test for you. In many municipalities, you’ll need your professional on-site to dig and fill the holes with water, as well as a representative from your local building department or health department.
