Jaime from J&M Construction scheduled onsite visit. He arrived on time and quoted the job substantially lower than any other contractor.. Once again, he arrived on time to replace my window well egress and was done in a few hours. Looks great. I would recommend this contractor.

Jaime and his team were absolutely amazing!! They worked to fit us in when we were having drainage issues around our house that resulted in flooding in the basement. They showed up on time, were extremely professional and finished everything in one day. I highly recommend JM construction and will use them for any projects in the future!

Jaime was excellent! We hired him to install an egress window. He was communicative, efficient, did great quality work, and did it quickly and cost-effectively. His team dug the well in about a half a day (on a Saturday) and had the foundation cut, window installed, and inside wall framed and finished the following Monday. He has his crew were punctual, respectful of our house, and wore masks while working. I would absolutely recommend, and hire, Jaime again!

Jamie was very knowledgeable about the project and what I needed completed. He always kept me informed of the process and his crew was on time and thorough. Crew was very respectful and wore masks the entire time, due to covid restrictions. I would definitely recommend them for a job.

Jaime and his crew did a thorough job with our egress window. They dug out the well in 4 hours then installed the window, indoor finishing/framing included in about 7 hours. Jaime was communicative via text and email. He and his crew were respectful to our schedules and home given we are working from home. They hauled away all the dirt and debris and left the site very clean.

Jose and his team installed a window that did not even make it 3 months. Installation was done in October and the window was cracked by January 1. The window should be under warranty, but JM has not been returning my messages or getting back to me on a fix. Its very frustrating and makes me think they did a bad job installing or they installed aftermarket or faulty windows.
