I contacted a different place here in Longmont and made the mistake of not reading the reviews first. A week later, without hearing back from the first place, I reached out to Black Diamond. Brian got back to me that evening and promised to squeeze me in the next day. He lived up to his promise and showed up that evening. He completed the repairs in a very timely manner and communicated throughout the entire process. "Josh replaced my sand filter and pump. He came out on a Monday or Tuesday. We agreed on a price and he said he would order the parts. He started the job on Thurs and said we would be swimming by Saturday. The pool was actually ready a day early on Friday Josh and group are professional, polite and knowledgeable. They kept me informed throughout the install and after. I will be using Hydro Pool going forward. Thanks Josh!!"

"Aquaspace Pool & Spa was amazing to work with! Jesus and Kevin know their pool work! They were originally contracted to repair coping that came apart and ended up redoing the whole inground concrete pool. They replaced broken waterline tiles, fixed a cracked pipe in the skimmer, pressure tested the inground pipes for leaks, poured a new tinted concrete coping, added new tiles to the steps and resurfaced the entire pool. They responded whenever I reached out (which was a LOT!), were very respectful of time constraints, just super pleasant to work with all around. I highly recommend them and the work they do. "Jaime was persistent in locating the multiple leaks we were experiencing and getting them fixed. He had to replace the filter, then the new one leaked so had to get another one. He also replaced the pump to the spa jets. We are also going to have him test the water for us each month. We have been very happy with his service."

When he arrived he evaluated what he would need to fix the leak, went to the local Home Depot to get needed materials and quickly made the repair. The leak is fixed and it was all done at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use Leo again if I have another issue with my hot tub."
