We interviewed several others before finalizing our selection with Maxson Construction. Bob was so transparent explaining various options available. This continued throughout the entire process through completion. He communicated timelines of expected completion for all parties involved, delivery of materials and inspections. We were so impressed with his professionalism and the final project.

Great experience for our basement finish project. Bob was very helpful in explaining the process and options for different decisions that needed to be made during construction. Bob was great to work with. We interviewed numerous other companies before deciding to go with his. He offered us a competitive and fair quote, listened to what we wanted, and showed patience while we asked our questions. After we hired him he immediately got to work pulling permits and and coordinating schedules between the plumbers, framers, dry wallers, electricians, etc which boosted our confidence in the project and trust that we had hired the right company. He handled everything! We didnâ t have to worry about anything to include installing the appliances that we purchased.. He consistently communicated with us on the progress of the project which is always nice. The end product is a beautiful basement that we absolutely love. He is my go to for any construction project we might have in the future.

Bob was exceptional and walked me through the process. His knowledge helped me make a necessary upgrade where other contractors had simply missed. He explained the process and short comings of anything that came up. I would recommend and use his again.

Bob was always very prompt and easy to work with. But one of the best parts was how little his quote was compared to all others. I payed half the price and got my basement finished in a timely manner to my satisfaction. Highly recommend Bob and his crew.

Bob was very easy to work with and did an exceptional job. He took a basement , helped move our four huge storage shelves, listened to what we wanted and drew up very thorough plans. I purchased all the items for the bathroom. He put it altogether and then contracted out all the parts to complete the job such as wallboard put up and finished, painting, everything but the framing in of everything. He and Pete always came through the basement window and when we were gone this summer I left him a key so he could complete the project. We are so happy with his clean up after themselves and how thorough he was!!

Bob did a great job finishing my 2,000 sf basement. The basement now has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a wet bar, study, craft room, great room, game room, and fireplace. Bob was easy to work with, explained any issues that came up, and paid attention to every detail. Overall, a great experience.

Maxson Construction kept me informed during the entire basement remodel. They are very professional and friendly. The final result was a beautiful living space. I would definitely hire them again for additional remodel projects.

Was our first basement experience so Bob was a great guide and knowledgeable for our us, always on time and always there for us, when we need him, he did a great quality job and great price, he took he s time to show us where was the right spot for the toilet, sink, vanity and everything also, great guy and a great job. I recommend bob to anyone that would like a great quality basement finish for the right price.

I cannot say enough great things about Bob! We were very nervous about hiring a contractor but he was a Godsend! He really knows the ins and outs of construction. He has a great eye for design and thought of everything! He was so careful and always cleaned up after himself each evening. He was always respectful and professional. We just loved him. The finished basement was beyond perfect! It was so beautiful and I had money left over to furnish it. He was absolutely amazing and really is the best around! I have already recommended him to several people. I will never look anywhere else if we ever need any future work done. The other great thing is he splits the payments in quarters so that you never have to worry about paying up front and a contractor taking off with your money. He is so trustworthy and stuck to the budget and timeline perfectly. Thanks Bob!

Bob was very professional and did exactly what he said he'd do in the time he said it would take. He kept us informed all along the way. All his suggestions were well-informed. He minimized disruption to the other parts of the house. The final product was exactly the basement we wanted. We are very happy with his work!

Bob finished a 1500 sq ft basement for us and we couldn't be more pleased. My wife and I have no hesitancy recommending him to others. Hiring the right contractor is extremely important. After interviewing six different contractors we decided on Bob. He was thorough and precise on his estimate and had tons of experience and took the time to research and answer all of our questions. We made the right choice. Bob overall was fantastic. He stuck to the schedules laid out, he was good at setting expectations. He also was very good as a project manager and coordinating all of the various aspects that must come together to finish a basement. His work was excellent, he doesn't just blindly deliver, but instead puts thought in all the details that ultimately adds up to a better product and experience. If it were not for Bobs suggestions our basement would not have turned out as well. His experience pays in this area. Overall Bob exceeded all of our expectations, we can't recommend him enough. I have nothing but great things to say about Bob and his attention to detail. During the quote he pointed out things that would have to be done to our HVAC, water and electrical to meet our needs, which no one else really detailed. That was one of the aspects of his quote that sealed the deal. We didn't feel like a month from then he would hit us with unexpected costs or project delays because of something he didn't see or address early on. We're also on a tight timeline trying to have this done before a baby arrives, so the thought of severe delays were not something we felt comfortable with. So far everything has been great and he's been working hard and including my husband in all the details as he goes. It's been wonderful. We are really impressed and cannot wait to see the finished basement! Thanks Bob!

Bob was wonderful. He took such care to listen to what my parents desired for theit new living space, and made sure I ok'd everything before he bought it and installed it. Highly recommended!

Bob delivered! He was true to his word and it turned out beautifully! Update: 2/27/2019 This is the 2nd time we hired Bob to do a complete basement job. The 1st was a smaller basement, about 300 sq feet but this one was almost 900 sq feet! It turned out great of course! The quote was even less than we expected! We had a bedroom, living room, music room, and a full bath done. It was great! He knows his business very well and had some great suggestions too which really helped make it look perfect!

He is absolutely a five star and you get more then you paid for.
