Special note: the GFCI outlet wasn’t a simple swap-out. Nate had to cut into the trim for that installation, which he did incredibly cleanly and precisely. "Good results.  I knew that I would have to replace everything since it was pretty old water heater and nothing up to code.  Quote was very complete, as I had read the reviews of others and knew what would be needed.  Install was quick with 2 men.  
They asked me briefly if I had a water softener and never pressured me to buy one.  
Had to ask them to walk me thru draining procedures and how to re-light pilot if needed, as well as maintenance schedule. Would recommend to others for new water heater installs....

I am very happy with his service and we will be having him come out again soon to help us with installing new doors and frames.
