"I was extremely impressed by the assistance and service provided by this company.  They spent a lot of time with me making sure I purchased the correct toilet for my needs.  The installation was done quickly, efficiently  and neatly and they even disposed of my old toilet. "Good results.  I knew that I would have to replace everything since it was pretty old water heater and nothing up to code.  Quote was very complete, as I had read the reviews of others and knew what would be needed.  Install was quick with 2 men.  
They asked me briefly if I had a water softener and never pressured me to buy one.  
Had to ask them to walk me thru draining procedures and how to re-light pilot if needed, as well as maintenance schedule. Would recommend to others for new water heater installs....
