Emmanuel worked closely with Genesis to ensure the stucco crews and the construction crews were in lock step with every step and process. Not only was the work done professional, but communication was very good every step of the way. The crew was incredibly hard-working and skilled. And while applying stucco is a messy job, they cleaned up the work areas at the end of each application phase. The work was completed in 3 days and the result is spectacular. "I hired Juan Mata to do an entire stucco replacement of the flat top area of my stucco walls which was badly chipping off around my courtyard. Additionally, I had him re-do a botched stucco and paint job of two smaller wall panels next to my front door previously done in November of 2025, and a small retaining wall which was badly stained and in need of a total facelift/re-stucco/paint.
