The building is 18 years old, and the original stucco was not holding up especially well. We decided to re-stucco the entire building; correct the original flaw; and re-seal around all the windows and doors.. King did a great job. It looks like a new building. Emmanuel worked closely with Genesis to ensure the stucco crews and the construction crews were in lock step with every step and process. Not only was the work done professional, but communication was very good every step of the way. The crew was incredibly hard-working and skilled. And while applying stucco is a messy job, they cleaned up the work areas at the end of each application phase. The work was completed in 3 days and the result is spectacular.
