Emmanuel Valdez was really great to work with throughout the process from estimate to completion. He quoted me a reasonable price, and hooked me up with his partner company Genesis Construction for the demo and rebuild of the framing that needed repaired. Emmanuel worked closely with Genesis to ensure the stucco crews and the construction crews were in lock step with every step and process. Not only was the work done professional, but communication was very good every step of the way. The crew was incredibly hard-working and skilled. And while applying stucco is a messy job, they cleaned up the work areas at the end of each application phase. The work was completed in 3 days and the result is spectacular. Integrity is one of the top best contractors I've worked with in my 30 years of home repair and home improvement projects."
