"Highly recommended! We originally hired Independent Restoration Consultants for some minor stucco repairs. The very same day Mike stopped by for an estimate, Denver was hit with a massive hail storm. As an out of state owner we were very concerned with having to manage a roof replacement project from 2000 miles away. Mike was tremendous, he jumped in and offered to help. As you can imagine, I had reservations without even knowing him yet since we hired him through homeadvisor. Nonetheless, he was patient through my hesitance and my constant questions and ultimately gained my complete trust. He talked me though the whole process and then worked as my agent with the insurance company. He made it really easy on us! We wound up hiring him as our contractor to manage the roof, the stucco repairs and to repaint the exterior of the entire house.
