When he arrived and I explained the problem, he said that sanding would take a whole day, but all I needed to do was to get gel stain and use it over the paint. He told me how to do it, where to buy the stain, and answered all my questions. It was advertised to be a free estimate and at no time did he try to sell me something I did not need. I was so happy with his advice I would have been happy to have paid for his time and travel."
