They installed a large custom twin double-hung window to replace a cheap slider window on the second floor of our Queen Anne Victorian, and knowing it's the weather-side of the house they were careful to seal and insulate everywhere. They finished all of the trimwork too in short order, and even volunteered to take with them a new screen that didn't quite fit to resize at their shop and return later -- saving us yet another exasperating trip to Home Depot Customer Service.
