"My 20 year old water heater started leaking New Years Eve. Yesterday afternoon (Jan 2nd) I left a message on homeadvisor that I needed a new one. Quinn at Front Range Water Heater in Loveland called and offered to help. He told me what he recommended for a 50 gallon heater including the make and model. Funny it was for the very same water heater that one of his competitor's plumber had just been here and offered that very same one for $664 more. He said he could have it done this morning. Since Front Range Water Heater is in Loveland I told him I am in Louisville. He said "No problem." So we made the deal on the phone after he asked me about the location and situation of my old heater. Sure enough Greg arrived this morning with a new made in the USA Bradford White 50 gallon water heater. He was very polite and went right to work. Greg did an excellent job explaining what he was doing--even fixing some old valves. He cleaned up everything and was finished in an hour and a half. Now I have hot water again and a clean basement. They did their best to protect my grass with plywood and did a very good job cleaning up given the huge pile of dirt!
