I called Alexius and was scheduled for a service call the next day. Martin Molina confirmed our appointment beforehand and arrived on time. He was professional and courteous, and quickly diagnosed the problem—the deadbolt was too small for the opening in the door. The hardware was replaced, carefully aligned, and tested. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff.
