Metrolocks was fantastic. They called to say they would be able to arrive early if it worked with my schedule. Amir arrived first and began the job, explaining that another employee would take over the job when he was available. Amir starting first allowed them to get the job done more quickly. Amir clearly explained what he was doing and was happy to answer my many questions. When there was a part that I needed that they had in their truck, he was honest and explained that I could buy it from Home Depot at a cheaper cost. I appreciated the transparency and decided to save the time and purchase the part of Metrolocks and have them take care of the issue right there. He also pointed out some key safety features of the types of locks I already had when I was considering switching to thumb turn locks. They were also very patient as I was interacting with multiple service people at my house that day. Thank you, Metrolocks!

Metrolocks we're fantastic to work with an hour after I called their technician John arrived as promised.  He changed out the first four locks super fast, our house was build in the 1920's and the firth lock had never been updated.  It posed a bit more of a challenge, however he patiently worked thru and was completed with the job in about an hour.  I will continue to recommend Metrolocks at any opportunity.  It was a real pleasure to work with a company that was upfront and honest about their pricing and the service provided.

Showed up on time, responsive to questions, explained everything they were going to do, made sure the pets didn't get outside, took cc payment.  Did an A++++++ job :)
Also, prices are accurate to what was stated on the website and explained before job was done.

Great. We called and scheduled a Wednesday morning appointment on Tuesday afternoon. John was there on time, was polite and professional. He completed the repair in less than 30 minutes and let us know to call him if we had any issues.

John was great. He not only re-keyed our home but he changed the deadbolts on two doors. He went out of his way to find deadbolts that matched the finish we currently have. The job took a little longer than expected because he had to find the deadbolts, but overall this was an excellent experience. I will suggest Metrolocks for anyone that asks me for a locksmith.

John was great. I called early in morning. There was no answer. I didn't leave a message, but through caller ID received a call back shortly after. We arranged a meeting time. They gave me a 30 minute widow, and called to let me know they wee on their way. John was prompt and got the job done in half an hour.

Amir at Metrolocks is very reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Amir and his staff are always on time, providing the most cost effective service.  In this particular case, the key to the lock went missing and needed to be rekeyed.  When I called Amir his staff was there within 1 hour and took approximately 15 minutes to correct the problem with the lock.  His prices are very competitive and quite honestly I thought I was going to pay much more than what he charged me based on my experience with other locksmiths.   His rates are very reasonable and his service exceptional.
