"For the most part, Trio did a very good job. The demolition of the old deck went well. The building of the new deck went well. The new deck looks great, and we're happy with it, so far. The steps had to be redone, but they got it right, the second time. Many of the days, Jason and Nick were on site to monitor the construction crew which was a good feeling. They did a great job with the clean-up process afterwards, too. The only concern I had was that it took about 2 or 3 weeks after I made my down payment before I heard from Trio, and I had to contact them. I would have liked to have been informed on steps taken on a weekly basis. There were a few times, that I didn't receive a response back after leaving messages for them. They can improve in this area, too. But overall, we're happy with our new deck, and I would recommend Trio Construction for any projects you are considering for your residence or business."

This was going to be a challenging project because two of the three decks were tied to the second and third level of our home… Choosing 5280 Home Improvements for our project proved to be the perfect choice. Bob listened closely to our project goals and concerns and was very knowledgeable when providing his thoughts and opinions on how we could achieve the desired outcome. Bob worked with us through the material options, comparisons and selection process, as well as the design modifications and improvements we were looking to achieve. "I left Barefoot Decks a message and did not get a return call. Called again and got a hold of I believe the man's name was John. We talked and he had me send a picture of my deck. He said he would talk to someone about the work I wanted done and would call me back....haven't heard back from him. I don't understand this type of behavior....if one is too busy to take on another job or isn't interested in the job that one wants done then just say so and both parties can move on. I've read some other reviews and it sounds like they do good work but this type of apathetic customer service isn't cool. Sorry to have to give them an "F" but that's the good thing about Angie's List....you get to hear from real people and their experiences with the companies listed on the site."
