"Dan, showed up took a look at the hot water leaking out of the pressure relief valve and then looked at our water booster pump.  Informed us that booster pump instillation was incorrect and that was the cause for the hot water expansion tank being full.  He had to go and get parts, told us when he would return, which he did on as stated and made the necessary repairs.  Haven't had a problem since and water pressure is much more consistent than it was before.  "

"My old water heater went out yesterday and of course leaked water all over. I shut it off and stopped the leaking. Called early this morning looking for someone to install a new one. Jim was actually sent over by another plumber who could not get to my job right away. Jim showed up, looked at the job, we talked about the options and he gave me a bid. Let to get the new water heater. We back in about thirty minutes. He had to make some changes to the water and gas lines. Added shut offs and installed new one. Took the time to explain operation and maintenance of the new one. Cleaned up the work site. Removed all debris and old water heater. I was impressed with his work and his attitude.

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"They did an excellent job.  We live in Boulder, Colorado which had been hit hard by floods this past fall.  Many of us had to replace carpets in our basements, and the installers were all booked for months. We found Dominic on Angie's list and since he was not directly in Boulder...took a chance he might be available sooner. He returned our call immediately, came and gave an estimate the next day, ordered in the new carpeting and installed it perfectly and promptly within two weeks.  So much better than the 2 month estimates we had been given by others. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
