"Dan, showed up took a look at the hot water leaking out of the pressure relief valve and then looked at our water booster pump.  Informed us that booster pump instillation was incorrect and that was the cause for the hot water expansion tank being full.  He had to go and get parts, told us when he would return, which he did on as stated and made the necessary repairs.  Haven't had a problem since and water pressure is much more consistent than it was before.  "

"My old water heater went out yesterday and of course leaked water all over. I shut it off and stopped the leaking. Called early this morning looking for someone to install a new one. Jim was actually sent over by another plumber who could not get to my job right away. Jim showed up, looked at the job, we talked about the options and he gave me a bid. Let to get the new water heater. We back in about thirty minutes. He had to make some changes to the water and gas lines. Added shut offs and installed new one. Took the time to explain operation and maintenance of the new one. Cleaned up the work site. Removed all debris and old water heater. I was impressed with his work and his attitude.

"They did an excellent job.  We live in Boulder, Colorado which had been hit hard by floods this past fall.  Many of us had to replace carpets in our basements, and the installers were all booked for months. We found Dominic on Angie's list and since he was not directly in Boulder...took a chance he might be available sooner. He returned our call immediately, came and gave an estimate the next day, ordered in the new carpeting and installed it perfectly and promptly within two weeks.  So much better than the 2 month estimates we had been given by others. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."
