"We had purchased a stainless steel sink to upgrade our kitchen. We thought this would be a an easy swap but discovered that the the existing counter hole was not large enough. Integrity Plumbing went the extra mile and located a counter top man who came in and cut the hole to the proper dimensions. In our area finding  a person to do this on short notice is almost impossible. A big thanks to the owner of Integrity (James White) for making this happen and finishing the installation in a timely manner. I would also commend the installer for his professionalism. He was very efficient, personable and left the kitchen looking spotless. I would highly recommend Integrity Plumbing for any service needs.

They fixed some plumbing issues on my sump pump and fortified the sump pump outlet piping to prevent possible further issues. They also took special care to replace and improved upon the original floor linear over the sump pump and left the crawl space spotless."

"My old water heater went out yesterday and of course leaked water all over. I shut it off and stopped the leaking. Called early this morning looking for someone to install a new one. Jim was actually sent over by another plumber who could not get to my job right away. Jim showed up, looked at the job, we talked about the options and he gave me a bid. Let to get the new water heater. We back in about thirty minutes. He had to make some changes to the water and gas lines. Added shut offs and installed new one. Took the time to explain operation and maintenance of the new one. Cleaned up the work site. Removed all debris and old water heater. I was impressed with his work and his attitude.

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"This is the 4th project that I have used Foundation Recovery Systems to repair my 40 year old basement walls.. sump pump, wall excavation, wall anchors, interior water guttering. Over the past 3 years, no matter how big or small, my issue is handled as if I am the most important customer. I have always been treated great!. Always arriving on time, and such friendly employees that will answer whatever questions I may have, Thanks to all that have been assigned to my projects! Dustin, Tyler and Tom have such great personalities that it was pleasant to be around them throughout the day."

"The main problem with this contractor is with the subcontractors they use. The flooring people were great. The remodeling and painting people were not. The workmanship was not of high quality. We have had issues with the folding closet doors they installed -- one broke within two months of installation. When they originally installed them, they didn't paint the ends of the doors, so that showed when they were open. Then, when they came back to paint them, they knocked a hole in one of them and it had to be patched. You can still see the patch. The biggest issue has been with the egress window they installed in the sitting room adjacent to the bedroom. That room has been flooded TWICE in the less than two years since the remodel. The subcontractor who installed the window well did a poor job of it. We have had to remove the engineered hardwood floor twice and pay for water remediation both times. The first time it flooded, I called the contractor to inquire about warranties (it had only been a couple of months since installation), or to at least get contact information for the subcontractor. My call was never returned. Once they were paid for the job, they had no further interest in our satisfaction. Very disappointing."
