"Reno and his team were on time and very professional. After getting several estimates, R and D came in with a better quote using far superior roofing than the other companies. Even when they ran into unforeseen complications, they managed to get our new roof completed just before Christmas. Our neighbors were so impressed, he will be installing 3 more roofs in for them.. I HIGHLY recommend Reno and his R and D team"

"Colt is amazing, very detail oriented. Such a great guy to work with on multiple projects. The hard wool floor he installed looks amazing!! He replaced all my trim and molding in the house and it looks so good. I highly recommend Colt for your projects!"

"I enjoyed our first meeting—in which Chuck asked good questions and listened closely to my answers—and after seeing the early sketches I decided to go ahead with the project. Chuck began by exploring the existing house, making measurements, studying details, and doing numerous sketches. His enthusiasm for the project was encouraging. We collaborated frequently as he developed detailed plans and had them professionally reviewed. The plans moved easily through the permitting process, and they impressed the contractor and his subs once work began: I heard many times that the architect’s drawings and notes were more clear and complete than those they are used to working with. Chuck stayed involved throughout the project, helping me make decisions and offering creative solutions to the small difficulties that arose."

"Fantastic job! Good quality work Worked as a team with client Very knowledgable with every aspect of construction work, Drywall, cabinets, painting, tile work for bathroom and kitchen, wood work for 1800 ceiling beams. Etc: Very pleased with Loya remodeling. I will reuse them again!"

"Jill is one of the most dependable, hardworking, and talented professionals I know. Most importantly, she shows up—promptly, on time, and exactly when promised. Even when she is busy, she does everything possible to accommodate my schedule and my clients’ timelines. In the Durango area, it is rare to find someone who communicates so clearly and follows through so consistently. Jill provides estimates promptly, works efficiently, and never sacrifices quality. She is an exceptional interior and exterior painter and is highly skilled in handyman work, including drywall, tile, fence repairs, patching, and caulking. She is also a creative problem-solver who finds practical solutions to difficult repairs. My clients rave about Jill after I refer her—and they continue hiring her for future projects. I trust her completely and recommend her wholeheartedly."

"I am having a full master bath and kitchen remodel done with new layouts in both rooms and knocking out a wall. Evolution worked with me to quickly get a drawing done of the new layouts so that the contractor could get started on the project. They made sure to include me in the process so that the design would be done exactly as my wife and I envisioned. They communicated effectively throughout the process and were always courteous and professional. I recommend them to anyone with drafting needs."
