Very excellent work! The tile Carlos laid looks gorgeous. He consistently showed up on time, did the work he said he would do, and for the price to which we agreed. Even when we hit a design glitch Carlos and his office manager, Tiana solved the problem quickly and without dramaâ  an excellent experience all the way around. Carlos & Tiana were excellent to work with â friendly and professional, honest, knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy. Some initial misunderstandings could have been avoided by having a completely itemized worksheet, with materials specified and deadlines for when each would be needed, but we prevented any communication snafus in the future by agreeing to the specifications of our plan at the onset of the project. Reviewing photos of the desired design and look when completed would help make every project perfect.

A bedroom ceiling was damaged and had to be repaired. Carlos installed new insulation, drywall, taped it and painted it. It was better than before. It was a pleasure having Carlos and his team in our home. They were always on time, always pleasant, and cleaned up at the end of every day.
