They were flexible when I needed to rescheduled due to weather. The first person I spoke to when my picture window cracked was the owner. I was a bit freaked out when my window cracked for no apparent reason and he put my mind at ease. I got the sense that he is a very good boss b/c everyone i worked with at Empire thru my glass replacement process genuinely seemed like they enjoyed their job. Which is very rare these days. Highly recommend!"

They came out and reviewed the job to replace one wall of siding on my garage that was badly warped. I chose to use a different type than the original, remove a damaged vent, etc. and it came out perfect. They were prompt, kept the work area clean, did some additional finish details to make the front of my house look great.
