My wife and I had the pleasure of selecting Keefer Home Enhancements to do a siding project for our home, and quite literally could not be more pleased. Todd randomly came knocking on the door in the very same month that we had been soliciting bids for the project, and we are so glad that he did. From the beginning, Todd was very friendly, professional and took the time to listen to us. He provided his advice, and shared his opinions on different types of siding. Not once did he rush us, or push us to make a hasty decision. In fact, with two of the other companies we consulted with, we quickly reached an impasse in our negotiations, and the third was laughably higher in price. We happily accepted Todd's bid, and from the time the materials were delivered to completion of the job was a total of about 6 days. Even better; we saved thousands. Literally thousands. The crew that Todd employed were absolutely professional, showed up each morning by 8 am and stayed until about 6 pm each day. They worked hard, they were friendly and accommodating and cleaned up after themselves each day, and very thoroughly when the project was completed. The final bit of good news is that at all phases of the project, Todd communicated with us, and actually showed up to our house almost every day to check in on progress and to make sure we were happy with the results. I am extremely excited about the quality of the work, and that it gave our home new life. So much so that I've engaged Todd to replace our front door and all the windows next. I would gladly recommend Keefer Home Enhancements for any home improvement project! I've attached a before photo (with our outdated yellow vinyl siding) and after photos (close up to hide the Halloween decorations in the yard) :-) Seriously, though.... go with Todd. He's great, his team does wonderful work, you'll save hundreds, if not thousands, and you'll be excited with the results.

Todd has a lot of great experience and knowledge in the window industry. He introduced us to our new Provia windows and answered all of our questions. His installation team headed up by Sergio were on time, professional and did a great job.

Updating this now that the job is complete. I am blown away with the service Todd has provided and the care that Gideon and his crew put into our house. The siding looks beautiful. Sales Process: Todd is authentic and not salesy like I experienced with other companies. He really wants the best for you even if that is not him. You aren't getting sold and handed off. He is going to be there throughout the process to make sure everything is as you expect. (And more) Installation: I am skeptical on contractors work. I've been burned before. I spent a while watching videos on doing siding before I decided I was going to pay someone. The first day and a half I would walk outside to inspect everything that they were doing. I am very particular and I could not find a thing I would ask them to do differently. They were meticulous and did everything by the book to ensure their work would last decades. Price: Keefer Home Enhancements will beat the big names. I received 5 quotes before going with them. You are NOT sacrificing quality with his pricing you just aren't being taken advantage of. Overall: I STRONGLY recommend Keefer Home Enhancements. I will keep Todd's number in my phone for anything I need in the future and next time around I wont be shopping 5 companies. Photos to come! We hired Todd to help us with an extensive home improvement project. He was excellent. We got a new front door, siding, new windows and a new roof. We highly recommend Todd and his crew. Gideon and Sergio. Todd was professional, caring, and honest. These attributes are very hard to find these days. We were comfortable with Todd throughout the entire process and pleased with the outcome. He was with us through the project from beginning to end.
