"DO NOT USE CLANCY! Worst experience I have ever had working with a contractor. He lied to us for months on end, misused and mismanaged our money and then wanted another $20k to continue work he should have already done. He neglected to pay his subcontractors who were then contacting my family to try and get ahold of him to get paid. The work he did do was poor quality or not done at all. We have been informed from subcontractors that he was purposely asking for lower quality products at a lower cost so he could increase his profit, despite our requests for mid-grade products. We cut our losses and fired him. "

If they would just do what they?re supposed to do you rather than standing in my driveway checking out my camper. I?m sure everything would?ve been fine. If you want repairs in the spring, feel free to use them. If you want to go back and check their work feel free to use them. Never again will I use them, my husband has way too much work into our irrigation system for them to ruin it. And for the picture, according to Patrick, this was just mist, not so much. "I was quoted a price for 2 services: a light resurface of my concrete deck for $4100 and a stain and sealer on top of it for $2800. When the job was finished, it looked fine and paid in full for the project. A few days later it began raining and rained on and off for 4-5 days. When the deck finally dried up, it looked much worse than it had before the work was done. Duane agreed than the surface did not come out the way he expected and that it needed to be redone. Since it became too late in the season for Duane to redo the stain and sealer, I asked him to refund the $2800 I had paid for the portion of the work. He refused, saying he would come redo it in the spring. I asked him why he thought I should 1. let him use $2800 of my money over the winter and 2. trust him to return to complete the job satisfactorily. He got mad and now I'm going to take him to small claims court to get a refund for the unacceptable work he did."
