Blake, Dmarreo, and Jeremy delivered excellent service from start to finish. They were a pleasure to work with - friendly & professional, engaged, knowledgeable, and committed to their work. Initially, they identified issues with the job for us that we were able to resolve, and then completed the work on schedule. The finished work meets the engineer's specifications, the job site was left clean and orderly, and the final walk-through was not rushed but very thorough. The installed product repairs the foundation issue and increases the value of our home.

Foundation Repair
Foundation Repair adjusted existing push piers and installed additional push piers to re-level the house due to settlement. Workers were efficient, competent, courteous, and explained the process thoroughly. Foundation Repair stood by their warranty. We only had to pay for a 5-year service plan with Foundation Repair, for the replacement of concrete (dug up to access push piers) by a third party, and will have to pay for repair to drywall and paint damaged during leveling process (which was anticipated).

The crew was timely, respectful, and conscious of my belongings. The appearance of the job is excellent. We have not had our heavy rains yet so I can't comment on how well the water is being contained, but, I believe that they did what was called for. I expect that the work they did will cure the problem. I should know in about month.

As anticipated, except work in crawl space resulted in lots & lots of dust in house, which must now be cleaned. They also broke a phone line, but paid for repair, so OK.

They did a fantastic job These guys are fountains of knowledge and wisdom and really helped me understand the scope and scale of the project. They were also great about giving me advice on other projects I had going. Every question or concern I had was explained to me with as much detail as necessary- often times with on-the-spot sketches. These guys teach- not dictate and declare. But, the best thing is, Keith and the guys are still there. They still answer my questions and never leave me feeling like I'm imposing (even tho I am!). The entire crew was very respectful of my home at every turn. Plastic on the floors where ever they walked; very cautious not to ding door frames and walls. I got the feeling they treated my home as if it were their own. The guys were polite and friendly; they were there when they said they would. One of the laborers even tracked me down a month after the job finished to give me a framed picture of my bulldog, Sluggo, who was there with them every day, keeping watch! If only my builder was as fastidious and professional as these guys- I wouldn't have needed their services! Working with these guys was a bright spot in an otherwise painful process.

Extremely pleased with Foundation Repair - Western Colorado.
Jason came to my home and analyzed the problem and gave options for repair. He was polite, prompt and professional. Repair was scheduled around my availability. Larry and Landon arrived as scheduled to perform the slab leveling. They were both extremely polite, thoughtful, and professional. The radiant heating elements within the concrete slab were identified, small hole drilled through concrete slab (avoiding heating coils), polymer leveling material was injected through drilled holes in a meticulous manner and slab raised. While there was very little mess (just some dust from concrete drilling), Larry and Landon were sure to clean up the work area. Final cost was slightly less than original estimate.

Foundation Repair came in and performed their job in an extremely professional and caring manor. I am a single woman and was very concerned about this whole process. The crew that came in worked efficiently, constantly and very hard. The took every measure imaginable to ensure the least disruption in my life and the least damage to the home. Needless to say this was an enormous project but they had it completely done in 3 days. The house was left very clean and they removed all debris and swept up everything very nicely. I must say this was an amazing group to work with from the time the evaluator stepped in the front door to the moment they all said goodby. I would highly recommend Foundation Repair of Western Colorado and thank them for their hard work and concern for my home and myself.
