FYI; (Handyman Matters charges $50 just to give you an estimate that is usually higher than everyone else.) "Most important thing is Bob does what he says he will do. Second thing; he has the skill set to actually follow through with high quality work. Plus he has a great personality and just a nice person. We hired Bob 3 times so far; he install a vent in our generator shed to relieve the excess hot air, he cleared trees and cut them into logs and he installed porch beams, brackets and hung a porch swing. "Luke, Bryan and Bhakti did an outstanding job for us. We wanted to open up our floor plan for the living and dining areas so they did the demo of a wall, then re-plastered the ceiling which involved matching a complicated ceiling plaster design. They also removed some decorative mirrors in the living area again, repaired the drywall and matched the plaster pattern. They also applied a skim coat to the kitchen walls then painted everything they had repaired. Luke was very knowledgeable as was his team. They were very service minded, courteous and friendly. Luke took the time to discuss the project daily with me and reviewed their progress/plans. There were no hidden costs and Luke also made sure he and his team met their deadline.
