I am very disappointed, I really am. When I first reached out, FEB this year, I had Adrian and his team come out because I had a pipe burst. They were amazing in every way! I also had a FaceTime call with I believe was the owner. Great man by the way. He was able to walk me through and help me find my emergency water shut off valve. Thank you very much for that. I called back later that day to thank you but not sure if the message was relayed. Part one was complete mid/end March. Then the guy that does the estimate for repairs came in. Asked me if I would sign his form, pretty much locking them in for the repairs. If not then he would have to come back another day. Since I was happy so far with their service I was glad to do so! My adjuster reached out to me IN MAY telling me that there was difficulty with the communication. Hmm…so what was I supposed to do? Keep on waiting? It’s MID JULY and here I am. From there on out I had that gut feeling. “Do your part, we won’t do ours.” Comparison bid was less expensive (by far) and had everything that the adjuster requested. Again, very painful decision since I really did want to continue with them. I was away for about a week and received voicemails pretty much saying “pay up or else” sheesh. Not a problem and please don’t worry, I am a man of my word. I am paying you guys $750 because you guys couldn’t provide your estimate justification to my adjuster. Check is in the mail.
