PLM misdiagnosed a broken refrigerator, made me wait a couple of weeks for the part that was supposed to repair it, never once updated me about the status unless I called them, and has not refunded me for an unused $287 refrigerator part despite saying they would. I had to call to request the refund, and called 2-3 more times and sent an email. I eventually disputed the credit card charge since they kept saying they would issue the refund but it has not happened."
