We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. We contacted V&L Appliances because of the reviews we had read on Angie’s List and totally agree with the previous customers. We would definitely use V&L again.

Though a part had to be ordered and it was very slow in coming Mike was able to install it quickly and my dishwasher seems to be working fine.

The person showed up on time & did the needed repair work in less than 10 minutes. He noticed that the refrigerator doors were uneven & offered to adjust the doors. He still finished everything in under 15 minutes. Very professional, friendly, & helpful! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Repair (once part available) took only 15minutes. I appreciate repair services, but it did seem a bit steep on cost.

They were there early, went right to work, and had it fixed in less than a half hour.

Truly Excellent, and I don't say that often. I have already shared my experience with others and will call Mike again if any need arises. It's great when you find a great company that is on time, fair and honest.

Mike came in at the appointed time, took the dryer apart, saw the problem, (a burned out plastic cog that is part of the pulley assembly), and ordered a part. The part came in sooner than expected and he came right over and put it in and the dryer went back to working correctly. I thought I had a problem the next day and he came right back to find an "operator error", mea culpa!! Anyhow, Mike was great, fixed us up in a jiffy and at a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend his service!

Great service. Went the extra mile to make sure we were up and running quickly. Most of the fee was for parts. Able to pay with credit card or check. Outstanding!!

Mike was punctual and went right to work. He arrived at 10 am, accessed that it was indeed the heating element and had the part. He fixed it and tested that dryer to make sure it was working. It took him about 25 minutes altogether. When he gave us the bill we were sticker shocked! He charged $65 for service call, $30 labor and $75 for the part! I checked on this part before calling him for repair (see attachment below).

• Mike came out within two days of calling.  Cleaned out the food trap in dishwasher which stopped the loud buzzing noise. Mike also tightened the dishwasher door handle without my asking.  Very kind and courteous!  

The guy that came out was extremely nice and honest. It would have cost us more to repair the dishwasher and he gave us a recommendation on where we could get one for a reasonable price. They quoted us to have it fixed at around $500. We were able to pick up the dishwasher at an appliance center for just a little over $300. It was a lot cheaper to have it replaced than to have it repaired and he was honest about that. He said he could repair it but it would probably cost more money. I would refer them for sure. It's a family-run business and they're local. We talked to both Mark and Mike. We talked to Mike over the phone and his brother, Mark, came out and did the estimate and they were both honest. They were both very professional. They were both courteous and kind. I would recommend them to anybody for sure. They were really fantastic.
