"Integrity Fence is amazing. The two man crew came in the morning and stayed until the fence was up later that evening. They carried away all the debris and left my yard and my neighbors yard so clean. They were quick, efficient, very polite, made sure they left the area free of nails, old fence etc. Thanks to the crew!"

Customers say: Quality work

"Did a fantastic job! The strong winds blew over a portion of my fence. I noticed at 5:30 pm. Contacted Romain who was able to come out at 8 am the next day and had it repaired by 11 am. Appreciate his quick turnaround! He left the fence better than it was prior to blowing over."

"Jose responded promptly & provided excellent service. The high winds had blown over several sections of our wooden fence. Two new fence posts were installed & supports were added to strengthen the fence. We are very pleased with the repairs made to our fence."

"I contacted JPM Construction on Sunday because the neighbor’s dog had broken a picket in my fence. I was concerned for my toddler and small dogs being in our yard. The pro came out the very next day and was on time for the appointment. He quickly replaced two of the broken fence pickets for me and was very thorough. I appreciate his speed and professionalism. I would recommend this service to anyone."

Fencing questions, answered by experts

The most common hog wire gauge for a fence is 12.5. However, you can choose from a few gauges based on your needs. While 12.5 is a reliable gauge for penning in large, strong animals, 9 gauge is a better option of you have large animals that are easily spooked, such as horses. For smaller animals, like dogs or pigs, you can use a 16 gauge hog wire.

Both nails and screws are common in fence construction, including on pickets. Some builders prefer to use nails when connecting the pickets to the rails and screws when connecting the rails to the posts. However, the best option usually depends on the type of wood fencing and the variety of wood you choose.

In most cases, trees need to be protected from deer all year round. This is especially true if you want to protect small trees from deer or if you just planted some fresh, new trees. Once a tree is a few years old, you likely do not have to worry about protecting it from deer as it will be stronger and can handle a little damage.

While they can be closer, the maximum distance between fence posts for residential fences is 8 feet. This ensures the panels are adequately supported by the fence posts. This is usually dictated by the width of the panel, which is typically between 5 and 8 feet. While narrower panels will require more posts, they’ll be lighter and easier to work with than wider panels that are the same height.

If you hire a fence installer for the project, the time it takes to build a fence is about 20 to 30 hours. Tackling the project yourself will take around 40 to 50 hours. It can take longer if you need to obtain permits, level the ground, remove the old fence, or remove a tree.
