"The fence came out great. However, the crew accidentally broke a sprinkler valve and they promised to refund us the cost of the fix. The invoice amd pictures were mailed to the project manager but he never acknowledged or refuneded the money. We also had an issue with a utility marking employee leaving the yard gate open and a horrible ordeal with our dog. James felt bad and offered a meal gift card. I initially refused. After several offers, I accept on behalf of my children. The gift card ws never received. I know that was not their issue, but the offers of gift cards and refunds and then not providing are more hurtful than the initial mistakes, very disappointed."

"It went incredible well. Gabe is very professional and easy to work with. Juan and his crew are phenomenal. Our fence was on an uneven landscape with large trees in the way and the crew did an incredible job working around that and the final result is so much better than the old fence ever was. Truly 10/10"
