"I felt that I did a great job! from start to finish and with cold weather. We did a walkthrough, I asked you and made sure that you had no concerns, you did not have any. You also recommended me for work with your neighbor, and you said my work looked great! You then handed me the check and that was back in October, if you felt I did a bad job or things needed to be done, then why give me the final payment and not say anything? My email login was disabled, I still do not have access to that Email, I apologize that it seems as if I was ignoring you and not trying to fix a miscellaneous issue. It definitely was not that."
