"Terry and his son did a fabulous job, prepping the retaining walls for every garden unit on our 100 unit property. He then installed large concrete wallcaps to preserve the concrete-stucco walls while dramatically improving the appearance of our property. He worked with C&C Sand and Stone and the HOA to complete the job during rainy weather. His bid was competitive, and he came out a couple times to throughly assess the project. He had all the necessary credentials to successfully win our contract. Plus, heâ s a nice guy with good communication skills."

"I called the folks at A BROKEN WINDSHIELD and we scheduled a time for them to come and replace our cracked windshield. I had located this provided from the Angie's List catalog we receive each month. I was especially interested because they offered to waive the $100.00 deductible, which I really appreciated. They came at the appointed time, a bit late, but they assured me that the job would be done quickly and efficiently, allowing me to get to a doctor's appointment on time. I must admit, I had my doubts if this was possible, but boy, was I ever wrong. I was totally amazed that the entire process, removing the old glass and replacing it with a new windshield was done in less than 45 minutes. They did a beautiful job, left no mess at all, were polite, efficient, and lots of fun to talk to. I highly recommend these folks. "John didn't have the address, but his wife called and I walked over to greet John.  I supplied the base board and paid John for the nails.  I didn't have the right kind of caulk so he supplies what he had on hand.  He measured, cut and installed the base board in the three hours that was paid for.  It really is good looking.
