"The gentleman who provided the estimate was very knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. He took time to educate us on our best options and he fully answered all our questions. We gathered 4 different estimates for this project, and Basset offered the best value by far. The maintenance plan offered more service for less cost compared to the other professionals. Basset was able to get us on the installation schedule within a week of our estimate! The installers (AC unit and electrical) were kind and professional. They called 20 minutes out to let us know they were on their way. The installer also took time to go over basic information, common problems, and what to do under certain circumstances. We were very pleased with our entire experience with Basset and we highly recommend them for any related home improvement project."

"The installation team of foreman Edgar, CO Shawn, and installers Ricardo and Randain were amazing! They were friendly, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable about their system, and very hardworking. They went above and beyond by completing my installation without cutting into my floors as was previously planned. They demonstrated outstanding teamwork and Edgar showed great leadership in leading by example. They are the main reason I am, and will, recommend complete basement systems. "Michael kept me informed by text of his arrival time. He found that the crack in my foundation was just on the surface, not all the way through. He said my cracked garage floor could be supported by injected polyurethane and recommended a company that could do that. He told me about a grated trench? that could drain the water that sits in front of my garage, freezes, and has badly damaged the apron. Michael has been very helpful already."
