Tested for Carbon Monoxide, advised as to the problem with the Humidifier and solution (rental so it was to expensive for me to preform for a landlord out of the goodness of my heart, but if my property would not be a problem cost wise), replaced filter and advised on the best companies to do the air duct cleaning. Very professional and helpful in that he helped move the desk back to the wall where the entrance to the crawl space is after the work was completed. "They were dealing with a clay sewer line that's 104 tears old with many interventions over the years. The excavation required was about 7 feet down and they fixed with a combination of new pipe and lining the remaining clay. All done in a very reasonable amount of time and for a very reasonable price! Everyone was courteous and efficient and I highly recommend them for anything requiring this kind of work.
