He installed swing bar security locks, replaced smoke alarms, replaced door knobs (including one locking knob), installed a new showerhead, and even adjusted a door where the bolt no longer lined up due to the frame shifting. "Frank and Joe arrived on time as arranged, completed their work quickly to exacting standards, and left the job site meticulously clean. I'm beyond delighted. They installed a large custom twin double-hung window to replace a cheap slider window on the second floor of our Queen Anne Victorian, and knowing it's the weather-side of the house they were careful to seal and insulate everywhere. They finished all of the trimwork too in short order, and even volunteered to take with them a new screen that didn't quite fit to resize at their shop and return later -- saving us yet another exasperating trip to Home Depot Customer Service. We will have no problem selling this house. We were home the entire time our installer worked on the kitchen. The guy worked hard and he did a great job.
