"These guys came very unpreparedly... they did not bring their own ladders or flashlights. I had to provide them for them. They also cut 3 different holes in my ceiling before deciding to go through the foundation, they then charged me extra for them having to cut so much.... but it did not reflect on the receipt...when they were done they did a horrible job patching and left the plaster a massive mess. Would only recommend if you are selling per the buyer request to put in and you do not care how it looks."

We gathered 4 different estimates for this project, and Basset offered the best value by far. The maintenance plan offered more service for less cost compared to the other professionals. Basset was able to get us on the installation schedule within a week of our estimate! The installers (AC unit and electrical) were kind and professional. They called 20 minutes out to let us know they were on their way. The installer also took time to go over basic information, common problems, and what to do under certain circumstances. "Showed up on time; completed project under schedule; VERY conscientious about not tracking any dirt from crawlspace onto floor; took LOTS of before and after pictures to show/explain what was done as it is very hard from to move around our crawlspace; trenched 5 downspout to keep water away from foundation; now the project has been completed I would say encapsulating a dirt crawl space is as necessary for a home maintenance as good insulation and widows and should be done as soon as possible rather than waiting until it HAS to be done; I would give this company 20 stars if I could!!!!"

He said my cracked garage floor could be supported by injected polyurethane and recommended a company that could do that. He told me about a grated trench? that could drain the water that sits in front of my garage, freezes, and has badly damaged the apron. Michael has been very helpful already."
